I also saw the first bloom at a garden of the temple which is near my apartment. I smiled unconsciously seeing it.

This is a request from xel1980. Japanese dubbed version of HOUSE M.D.. ^_~ -*
It started this Feburuary. We'd been so excited, didn't know who would play House. Fox Japan kept that big secret for long time. We had no clue. -_-?

Then the X-day came. I believe about 100% of Japanese HOUSE fans said BOOOOOOOO! out loud when they(include me) heard the first dialogue of Gregory House. Too young!! He sounded like he was in his mid thirties. How old was Hugh at that time? 47 years old? This is too much!

The voice actor who plays House does a good job. I would not deny it. But not good enough to play Gregory House. I think Fox Japan shoud have chosen more experienced actor than he is. :(

Anyway, take a look, guys.

My favorite scene from the best episode of season one, "Detox". House and Wilson quarreled about House's addiction to Vicodin.

I start to get a bit bored of drawing chibi House and chibi Wilson. I draw chibis day after day for my next House fanbook. (Guys, you've got it? It's already arrived?) I'm feeling it doesn't finish forever.

2008 is the year of Mouse. Why? That's from the Jyuuni-shi (Oriental Zodiac). Each one animal of 12 signs represents the year in order, the same Eto(Sign of Oriental Zodiac) comes every 12 years. We often ask one's birth year Eto instead of asking his/her age or date of birth. So if you cheat your age, you have to learn not only fake birth year but also fake bith year's Eto by heart. lol

minori_k's beautiful Wilson art, I drew a character, his name is Bodie, from her favorite British '70 Tv show Professionals. I read his bios somewhere. He was an ex SAS and I was interested in that point. Don't you think the uniforms make a man looks more hotter than usual? He is very handsome even when in plain cloths, then how hot if he wears the combat uniform of the SAS? Oh...hot hot hot!!

Actually, he wore the Royal Marine combat jacket. I have only one sauce book of military clothing. It's about the RM. I was not sure it proper for the SAS. Then my boss assured their uniforms were very alike, just the colours of berets were different. Green is for the RM and beige is for the SAS. I know sideburns are not allowed in military. But I love his sideburns, so leave them untouched. :D

About overseas mail order of my HOUSE fanzine

Since I had posted the report of the dojinshi event on my LJ, many people asked me how to buy my HOUSE dojinshi or if they could buy it by overseas mail order. It made me surprised so much, because I didn't expect so many people got interested in my humble book. Thank you!

I denied the possibilty of overseas shippment at first. I guessed it might be difficult to manage it by person lone. But I
reserched about mail order, shipping method, postage, etc. Now, I suppose it's not impossible somehow.

November 1st is the x day. usagiko's departure date to her homeland. So we'd made an arrangement to meet up again before she leave.

Yesterday, I went to her place and watched Serenity with her. I've not seen Firefly yet, but I enjoyed the movie so much! And I was touched by the story how much Serenity/Firefly was loved by many fans. Anyway, I and usagi-chan agreed with Jayne was cute. He loves alcohols, women and weapons. How simple man he is! He and Mal's lines were so funny. *giggle*

usagi-chan had a nice plushie, Jayne. Of course it was named after the guy from Serenity. It felt sooo good! So I wanted him for myself. Then we went to Yuzawaya to look for him.

I'm Jayne II, twin bros of Jayne I. (He was adoped by usagiko.)I was locked in this narrow bag. Arrhg!

I read this at laurazel's journal and I'm outraged!!!
SOME SICK PEOPLE ARE KILLING A POOR DOG IN THE NAME OF THE ART. THE DOG IS STARVING WITH HUNGER! (I think the dog is real. I hope it's fake, but...) NO! That is not the art. We have to stop that cruel people.

I was totally confused yesterday. But now, I think I know the reason why I got nothing.

It was because of my bad, my artwork didn't have enough power to draw their interest.
It didn't deserve any critic or comment.
I loved that so much, so I was thinking...you know. It's a miserable artist's ego.

I love Hugh's eyes, especially when those look grayish blue. So bright and expressive. *smiles*

I'm seeing S2 now and wondered there's a big difference between S1 and S2. Yeah? More H/W scenes in S2? hahaha! It's a big differrence indeed! I love it. Well, but I wanna point out rather technical thing. Don't you think the screen of S2 looked much brighter than S1? I believe they changed the lighting or/and sensitivity of the film. During S1, I didn't even notice the colour of his eyes. So when I saw the first epi of S2, my heart pounded with pleasure. "Wow! He has beautiful eyes!! Kyaaaa!!!! I didn't know!!"

To gave a decent accent to the eyes, I chose faint colours for other parts. I mixed three colours for the eyes. Other parts were remained just simple, minimum lines and colours. I'm satisfied with the effect.

And a little House doodle that I forgot to upload to this LJ. It's on my Japanese LJ already.

I love to imagine Wilson (not RSL) as a terrible singer. He sang a lullaby for little House's sake. But the naughty boy giggled at it.
"Little House, stop giggling or I'll stop singing." "Boo! I like your voice, even when you sing off-key." " *sighs* " Wilson kept a lullaby and chibi House kept giggling. Then chibi House fell asleep with a big smile on his face.

usagiko's been staying at Tokyo. So we met up at Kichijoji today. We looked around some shops and bought comics and CDs. usagi-chan knows Japanese pop culture well. She told me a lot of Japanese comics, animes and musics I didn't know at all. Oh boy, I've lived in this country from the time I'd been born. Then I don't know much about our culture?? We chatted much (in Japanese. Thanks to her talent of language! *phew*) I had a good time with her.<3<3<3<3

At a cat cafe in Kichijoji. usagi-chan was good at cat fishing. :)
This baby cat got wild to chase a fake rat. So cute.

Movie Paradise 7

Hi all!! <3<3<3 It's really been a while since the last post. I'm happy to return to this place! :)

I've been very busy with a preparation for Movie Paradise 7, a dojinshi (fanzine) selling and buying event for the fans of foreign movies and TV shows. Sounds fun, doesn't it? (Of course, foreign means non-Japanese in this case.)

(Warning. This is a big post with many images.)

I'd decited to take part in it as a seller about 2 months ago. Since then, I've devoted all my spare time to write the HOUSE fanzine on my
own. And I have a full time job as a book shop stuff. That's why I kept silence for a long time. *sighs*

My room was messed up with piece of papers, drawing tools and manuscripts.

This was my entry illustration. I claimed House/Wilson. LOL

Movie Paradise 7 was held in Tokyo on Spetember 23rd. About 180 fanzine sellers and a lot of visiters (I don't know how many) got together. I was very nervous and excited at the same time. Because it was my first time and had no idea what to do at first. Then my best friend Sara, she's an expert of that kind of event, took charge and set up the display on my booth. She was like my manager. ;)

Look! How beautiful she did!! Comic manuscript, flyer, my HOUSE dojinshi, and HOUSE cover TV magazine.

I enjoyed that event indeed. There was no need to worry about. I've met many HOUSE fans and talked much about House/Wilson. To tell the truth, I've not expected so many HOUSE fans coming to this event. Yeah really. HOUSE might be a big fandom around the world. But it's a minor fandom in Japan. Believe me. In fact, there was no HOUSE fanzine seller except ME. LOLOLOL

I'm going to participate in the next time too. That's mean I have to work hard again. *sighs*

I'm a bit tired. The air is strongly humid, irritating hot. Rain front reached Tokyo finally, hateful rainy season (Tsuyu) has started. *sigh*

My biological clock might have gotten out of order with heavy moisture. Because, I thought today was Wednesday instead of Monday. My boss laughted at me. Aaargh! It's all this weather's fault!!

But I have two big pleasure in these rainy days, will make me forget aweful heat (I hope). Yes, my favorite TV shows will start at last in this late June and mid July. HOUSE season two and HBO's ROME season one & two!!!

minori_k said she tagged me. This was the first time I heard about "tag" thing. What is it? Hmmmm... maybe, that is like "baton" in Japan. You answer the question and pass the relay baton to people, right??

Oh no! I doubt there is anybody who wants to know about me. o___o;;

Anyway, a rule is a rule. Then, here we go. <3

1) I like poking my pet degu's tube brush-like tail and soft tummy with my index finger. She's surprised everytime and run away to hide behind the running wheel. Cute.

4) I hate summer. Every summer I'm sticking out my tongue like a sunsick dog. I was born in winter.

8) I'm a night owl. I can't wake up early.
